  • You follow up on your plan, with or without the assistance of an LPN, to provide skilled nursing care and high-quality education that clients and their caregivers need to stay safe and to progress to their provider-approved goals.
  • Expect variety! We do not insert IVs or PICC lines, but we manage PICC infusions at home, teach clients to perform infusions, perform skilled wound assessments and care, provide the crucial hands-on management of changing treatments and medications, educate clients in their new diagnoses, perform --and much more.
  • We offer a full orientation and preceptor program to new staff: you won't be sent to a challenging case without the training you need to succeed.

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
