Poudre Infusion Therapy, LLC is located at 915 Centre Ave. Suite #3, Fort Collins, CO.

We are accepting applications for an Infusion Nurse/RN with availability to work:

• Full Time or Part Time 24+ hours/ week
• Days can vary
• Occasional on call hours

RN - Registered Nurse

• Provides infusion therapy to patients in our Ambulatory Infusion Center, the patient's home or an alternate site such as a skilled nursing facility
• Maintains compliance with infusion agency guidelines and state and ACHC regulations
• Carries an assigned patient case load that includes new patient admissions as well as revisits
• Functions as a case manager for coordination of the patient's health care needs in the home/AIC/Alternate site setting with the family, physician, community resources, health care providers and patient support systems
• Will be trained to provide PICC line & mid-line insertions

Registered Nurse Compensation

Starting wage $35.00/hour to $40.00/hour DOE

Qualifications include:

• RN (BSN) with Colorado licensure
• Minimum 2 years medical/surgical nursing experience
• Peripheral/Central IV access skills needed
• Home infusion or Ambulatory Infusion Center experience required
• Chemotherapy competency required within 6 months of hire
• Will be trained to provide PICC line & mid-line insertions

Therapies include: IV Antibiotics, Immune Therapy, Steroid Therapy, Chemotherapy, Hydration, Pain Management, Blood Transfusions, Total Parenteral Nutrition, Maintenance of Intravenous Catheters
