Lakeview Commons Assisted Living is located at 1422 West 29th Street, Loveland, CO. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable home while assisting residents with activities of daily living that become difficult due to illness or the aging process.

We are accepting applications for a Receptionist who is able to work:

• Part Time (24+ hours per week)
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
• Occasional weekday/ vacation coverage

Compensation:

Starting wage $13.75/hour to $14.25/hour along with 3 opportunities for raises your 1st year.

Receptionist:

• Answers phones/takes messages.
• Greets customers, clients, and employees as they come in.
• Keeps copy room clean and free of clutter.
• Distributes faxes; sorts and forwards mail; create memos and letters as instructed.
• Assists department heads with their workloads as needed.
• Speaking with visitors about COVID-19 requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
• Must be over 18.
• Calm, empathetic, responsible, creative, welcoming, and good at problem-solving.
