- Staring wage $89-$100k per year depending on experience

Work Schedule
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday
- Occasional on-call schedule/weekends
- 8:00am-5:00pm
Director of Nursing
- Provides support & direction to nursing team
- Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs and procedures
- Ensuring that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining and improving the quality of patient care and standards of care
- Provides infusion therapy to patients in our Ambulatory Infusion Center, the patient's home or an alternate site such as a skilled nursing facility
- Maintains compliance with infusion agency guidelines and state and ACHC regulations
- Developing and implementing nursing department budgets in coordination with our management team
- Ensuring that patient care plans contain accurate documentation and are amended as needed
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy of nursing personnel work schedules
- Functions as a case manager for coordination of the patient's health care needs in the home/AIC/Alternate site setting with the family, physician, community resources, health care providers and patient support systems
- Must have knowledge of nursing service administration & infusion therapy services
- Will be trained to provide PICC line & mid-line insertions as needed
- Will be trained to provide chemotherapy as needed
Qualifications must include:
- RN (BSN) with Colorado licensure
- Minimum 2 years medical/surgical nursing experience
- Peripheral/Central IV access skills needed
- Home infusion or Ambulatory Infusion Center experience required
- Chemotherapy competency required within 6 months of hire
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with clients, families, physicians, community resources and the general public
- One year supervisory experience preferred
Therapies include: IV Antibiotics, Immune Therapy, Steroid Therapy, Chemotherapy, Hydration, Pain Management, Blood Transfusions, Total Parenteral Nutrition, Maintenance of Intravenous Catheters
