Columbine Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist for one of our Northern Colorado Skilled Nursing Facilities in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time open position schedule is Sun-Thur or Tues-Sat, estimated between 24-32 hours per week depending on caseload.

Physical Therapist - Full Time

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Dora license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado.
• Experience in geriatrics, long-term care or subacute rehab preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare documentation and guidelines preferred.
• New grads welcome.

Compensation

Starting wages: $36-$48/hour DOE
