Columbine Commons Assisted Living/Health and Rehab at Columbine Health Systems, is a 30-bed Skilled Nursing and 60 bed Assisted Living facility. The facilities size makes them a very unique and intimate facility; each staff member gets to know each of our residents extremely well. Centrally located in Windsor, CO at 1475 Main Street, Windsor, Colorado.

• Part Time
• Weekdays
• $13.50-$15.00/hr (depending on experience)

Activity Assistant

• Assists the Activity Director in planning and executing an activity program designed to assist the individual resident in maintaining his/her recreational, social, education, cognitive and spiritual needs.

Activity Assistant Requirements

• Degree in related field preferred but not required; experience in a geriatric setting.
• Experience working with seniors afflicted with Dementia is preferred.
