The Management office is located at 802 West Drake Road, Suite 101, Fort Collins, CO.

We are accepting applications for a Painter/Carpenter Assistant able to work:

  • Full time (32+ hours/week)
  • Monday through Friday

Painter/Carpenter Assistant:

  • Examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.
  • Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures, taping off area, if needed, etc.
  • Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
  • Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster).
  • Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools.
  • Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions
  • Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them.
  • Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques.
  • Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.).
  • Deliver high-quality painting work.
  • Remove paint splatters when finished.
  • Clean up all equipment, including brushes and spray guns.
  • Assist with ground maintenance activities, such as snow removal.
  • Perform manual labor; operate a variety of light and heavy equipment;
  • Working knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and practices used in ground keeping and maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
  • Assist with moving furniture; and unloading and storing supplies.


  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must have current drivers license and meet company driving record standards
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to meet physical demands including lifting and/or moving 50lbs, occasionally up to 85lbs and grip 75lbs
